Personal Training (in-person)

For Asheville locals (and surrounding areas) I offer 1-on-1 personal training, as well as small groups of 2 or more! No gym fees or memberships required. Since 2014, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, so whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, or just stay active and healthy, I am excited to help guide your fitness journey!

online nutrition coaching

My nutrition program puts YOU in control of your own results. As your coach, I will teach you what your body needs to look, feel, and function the way you want it to! With weekly 1-on-1 check ins, and daily text support, you will have the accountability you need to stay consistent. Flexible dieting allows you to incorporate the foods you love, and helps build a positive relationship with food while still reaching your fitness goals.

online personalized workout programing

PERSONALIZED. Your workout program shouldn’t be ‘one size fits all’, it should be written for you and only YOU! No matter if you have never worked out before, or are a seasoned gym-goer, my online programs are completely customizable. Depending on your personal needs, I offer up to 4 workout plans per week for the home and/or gym that progress in intensity weekly, and weekly 1-on-1 checkins. Additionally you have the added option of daily text support, and video analysis based on which program you choose!
